PowerToGo

Lexar's speed-rated JumpDrives also come with PowerToGo, a superior alternative to U3 Compliance.

Power To Go is now an automatic inclusion on all Lexar speed-rated drives: Lightning, Swivel 360, and Mercury. It can be downloaded to the non-speed rated drives such as Classic, Secure, Firefly. We recommend using the speed-rated drives for PowerToGo.

U3 was created by Lexar's biggest competitors (i.e., Sandisk), so Lexar's answer to U3 is Power To Go, which is a higher quality, more modern alternative to U3. U3 technology will not work on the new Vista operating system. Even Microsoft says Power-To-Go is better than U3. 

In order to work, U3 requires that something be written on the computer, so you can't really take your personal settings and use them anywhere like on public computers found in places like public libraries. Power To Go does not have this requirement.
